Yes, I do accept smaller budget Contracts. However, the sign up fee is non-negotiable. All Contracts regardless of Debt amount are £100 to sign up, this is my fee for my time of setting up the Contract. Smaller budgets will also not get my attention 24/7, there will be weekly check ins but I do not talk all day, every day for small amounts.

Yes, I have daily interactions with most of my Debt subs, both vanilla and kink. Some subs do not like to talk and just send weekly with a check in, but for the most part subs enjoy forming a meaningful D/s relationship through their Debt Contract.

If you change your mind you can close your Debt by paying the remaining amount in full

Every Contract is custom made to a subs desires and kinks. Not all Contracts have clauses and fees, but they are definitely an option.
