Are Contracts legally binding?

My Debt Contracts are real within the kink world. All Contracts are written by me and signing them means you have consented to the terms and conditions. All Contracts are expected to be paid in full, or if curcumstances change then that is to be communicated. What is the minimum Debt amount?

£250. This is the bare minimum amount of Debt, but I of course prefer much more.

Are all Contracts the same?

No, all contracts are tailored to each submissive. They are changed based on the Debt amount, kinks and clauses. No contract looks the same.

Do Contracts involve BM?

Accepted Answer

No, this is optional. I do require personal information when signing up, but it will only be used for fantasy BM when consented.

Do you accept smaller budget?

Yes, I do accept smaller budget Contracts. However, the sign up fee is non-negotiable. All Contracts regardless of Debt amount are £100 to sign up, this is my fee for my time of setting up the Contract. Smaller budgets will also not get my attention 24/7, there will be weekly check ins but I do not talk all day, every day for small amounts.

Do you communicate with your Debt subs?

Yes, I have daily interactions with most of my Debt subs, both vanilla and kink. Some subs do not like to talk and just send weekly with a check in, but for the most part subs enjoy forming a meaningful D/s relationship through their Debt Contract.

If I change my mind can I close my Debt?

If you change your mind you can close your Debt by paying the remaining amount in full

Every Contract is custom made to a subs desires and kinks. Not all Contracts have clauses and fees, but they are definitely an option.
